The images shown below are printed on Japanese mulberry paper and pulled from a carved wood block after hand burnishing the inked block. What is striking about these pieces other than the frankness of them, is the large size and detail that the artist is able to achieve.  All of the images are carved in reverse to produce what the viewer sees on paper.
